Can we order a custom cake?
Yes, though we would need a minimum of 2-3 weeks advance notice depending on the  design you would want. A downpayment of 30% of the total cost will be required for order to be considered as confirmed.

Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery charges are at standing rate of  £5 within the Altrincham area including Sale. Areas beyond this start at  £7.50; you will be notified of the exact delivery charge before any order confirmation. 

Can you post to my location?
Yes, to any location within the UK! However, please note that this is subject to the type of order. Most cakes and cupcakes (butter cream & fondant covered) are unlikely to be posted. Please get in touch and we will advise accordingly! 

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, order can be picked up at an agreed date and time. 

Can I place last minute custom cake order?
Depending on the size and design, we can consider 2 days notice. 100% full payment will be required for order to be considered confirmed.

Can I cancel my order?
For customed cakes, YES, but following conditions apply:

• 10 days notice - 100% refund of downpayment
• 7 days - 50% refund of downpayment
• 5 days - No refund

Last minute custom cake orders are Non-refundable

Do you have gluten free cakes? 
NO - Unfortunately, we do not cater gluten free products as of the moment. However, we do offer gluten free muffins at this point of time.

What allergens are included in your products?
All our usual products contain flour, milk, eggs, cocoa, chocolate (which may have traces of peanuts and other nuts) and are not suitable for those who have allergies.
